Practice Philosophy

Over the past 5 years the face of Pain Management has evolved to a higher level of technology, expertise, and documentation. Chronic pain negatively impacts all aspects of the patient’s life. It not only impacts the patient physically and emotionally, but also affects their vocational, financial and social well-being. Our multidisciplinary approach treats the patient with state of the art technology and encourages his family to become a partner in the treatment plan.

Treatment begins with a diagnosis established after a detailed history, physical examination and diagnostic pain mapping procedures. During the course of treatment, the referring physician is kept informed about the patient’s progress and treatment and is consulted with regard to any recommended studies or therapies. Once treatment is complete, the patient returns to the care of the referring physician. This structured and comprehensive approach had dramatically improved treatment outcomes.
